We aim to process your claim within 24 hours, however please allow up to 10 working days as your claim may be subject to additional quality checks

The information from the claim you have just created will be used and all you need to do is create a password.
Due to the industrial action taking place between 21st and 25th June 2022, there will be an amended timetable in place.
Customers who still travelled on these days and experienced a delay against the amended timetable are eligible for Delay Repay compensation. Delays will be calculated against the advertised amended timetable only.
If you were unable to travel due to the industrial action, and you are a Season Ticket holder, please submit a claim using this form and select 'Did Not Travel' as your reason for delay.
