Extreme Weather
If you hold a Season ticket and did not travel on 18th or 19th July, please use this form to submit a claim and enter your usual journey details, followed by 'Did not Travel' so we can process your claim. If you hold a daily ticket, please contact the retailer where you purchased your ticket or visit

Industrial Action
Due to the industrial action taking place on 27th July 2022, there will be an amended timetable in place.
Customers who still travelled and experienced a delay against the amended timetable are eligible for Delay Repay compensation. Delays will be calculated against the advertised amended timetable only.
If you were unable to travel due to the industrial action, and you are a Season Ticket holder, please submit a claim using this form and select 'Strike Action' as your reason for delay.
